You can reach Pier 33 with plenty of public transport options, all fully accessible to people with impaired mobility. The closest bus stops are the Bay Street stop of the F Line Historic Streetcar, the Kearny Street & North Point stop of the #8 Bayshore line, and the Levi Plaza, Sansome & Filibert Street stop of the #82X Levi Plaza Express (runs morning and afternoon only, from CalTrain Station).
